Is Bixberry safe?
Yes. Bixberry only routes encrypted AI web checks through your device. It doesn't access your files, messages, passwords or browsing history, and it doesn't sell your personal data.
Bixberry is run by UAB Cloudsquad, a company registered in Lithuania, and is built to EU GDPR and California's CCPA. Sharing only starts after you opt in, and one tap stops it.

What Bixberry collects and what it doesn't

How your connection is used
When Earn mode is on, your device works as a gateway for AI requests. Here's who uses it, what for, and what they can see.
AI companies, not strangers
Bixberry's clients are mainly companies that build, train and run AI models, agents and tools.
They use the network to speed up AI requests, improve search, and gather publicly available web data such as prices, brand and market information, and ad verification.
Bixberry decides which client requests to accept. Your connection is only used when there's real demand from your region.
Anonymous on both sides
Clients don't know whose connection they're using, and you aren't told which client is using yours. Clients usually ask for a country or region, not a person.
What clients receive
To reach the right regional websites, Bixberry shares your IP address and city or country with the client handling the request. Nothing else from your device is passed on.

These settings decide when Bixberry runs, how much it uses and what you can see.

Nothing runs until you switch on Earn mode, and one tap pauses it again.
Keep sharing to Wi-Fi only so your mobile plan is never touched, or allow cellular data too.
Location sharing only confirms your region so AI partners get accurate local results, and you can change it anytime.
How secure is Bixberry on your device?
Bixberry only runs the app itself; nothing else is installed or run on your device. It needs to stay connected to work, so each platform it asks slightly different settings.
iOS
On iOS, Bixberry asks for location access set to Always. It only confirms your region so AI partners get accurate local results, and you can change it in Settings anytime.
Android
Android pauses apps in the background to save battery. Turn off battery optimisation for Bixberry so it stays connected with the screen off, or switch it back at any time.
Windows
The Windows app is in beta and works just like the mobile apps. Download it only from official site, never from third-party sites, file links or unofficial copies.
macOS
A macOS app is coming soon. Until it launches, any Mac app claiming to be Bixberry is not the official one, so please don’t install it or share your account login details.
